Today September 11th 2008,
people who use MOOV (internet provider in Madagascar) are bored of the speed of the internet connexion.
it's too slow with many cuts (international connexion).
when it's cut: you can surf ONLY on websites on MOOV server or websites hosted in Madagascar. You cannot access to your webmail (yahoo …). You cannot work (uploading data for work …)
in one word: you're lost.
so people decide to make a web petition.
We'll see if it will change something 🙂

When you have issues, they don’t care about mails, they don’t care about phones, they don’t care about anything. But my main problem is that, I don’t think any other ISP will be better.
