Do you know THE GIMP?
It's a free software to manipulate pictures – it's a light and powerful software
You can compare it with Photoshop 🙂
If you have a pc with medium configuration and you want to play with your pictures (modification …), I suggest you to use THE GIMP
I choose it because:
- it's free
- it's fast
- it's easy
- it's lighter than other photo-software
- it has a lot of tutorial on the net
- it's compatible with my pc configuration
- it's on windows and linux
